Tolbert
Simon is the managing Tolbert Law Office, PLLC. His background is primarily in natural resource law, and originally started the firm as a natural resources boutique law firm, which has expanded into related general areas of contracts, real property, and trust & estate law. As such, he considers himself more as a general practitioner than a specialist which allows him to bring solutions to clients that have a multitude of issues.
Simon brings a passion to helping his clients obtain a favorable outcome to their legal issues, but especially to obtain those results efficiently. His favorite saying that he repeatedly reminds his clients is that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,” especially in regards to legal advice.
Prior to moving to Colorado, Simon served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Captain Tolbert served one deployment to Iraq in 2008, serving as an infantry battalion’s motor transport officer in Al Anbar Province. He was honored to have served with some of the bravest and most honorable men and women on the planet.
