Senior Paralegal - Estate Administration – Denver – Full Time

Our Firm is looking for an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal with 10+ years of experience, the ability to cover important administrative tasks, and work in a team environment. It would be helpful to have some litigation support experience as well.
Must like working in a team environment, have a take charge attitude, desire to learn, and have strong ethical code of conduct. The job requires that you work out of the Firm’s office in Downtown Denver.

  • We are looking for someone who is organized, can multitask dozens of cases, and has stellar time management doing the following tasks:
    • Train and mentor junior paralegals and paraprofessionals
    • Drafting pre-trial motions and forms
    • Drafting correspondence to clients
    • Case strategy
    • Preparing pleadings
    • File pleadings with the courts and set hearings
    • Provide monthly updates to clients either via phone call or email
    • Prepare monthly billing
    • Manage IOLTA Spreadsheets

    Must be proficient in:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • SharePoint
    • Time-keeping software
